Oh the joys of motherhood...

So I was vacumming the other day with the central vac and it just wasn't sucking that well. I thought I haven't changed the bag for a while so I will empty that and maybe it will work better. No that didn't do the trick. So I pulled the hose out of the wall and look what I found stickin out of the hose....

Oh Zach you are a busy one. Kate says to me when she sees the toothbrush "That is Luke's toothbrush" and I say "not anymore I guess" and then she says "yea it's Austin's now!"

Oh what big eyes you have!

Trick or Treat!!!!!!!!

What a nice Halloween night we had! The weather was nice. It did rain a tiny bit, but it added to the mood of the night! Zach thought it was a wonderful thing to be getting free candy. He would take something turn around, put it in his bucket and then turn around again for more. My parents came down for dinner and then my dad passed out the candy so Brent, my mom, and I could take the kids around. It really was a lot of fun!

A Halloween Party!

The monday before Halloween we were able to have a small party with my in laws. I kept it very simple, but young kids don't care, they just love being together. We had a costume parade, mummy wrapping contest, donut on a string eating contest, a glow in the dark treat hunt and finally pumpkin carving. We all had a great time!

What has been keeping us busy?

I feel like I really haven't blogged in forever. Between "computer" problems and Halloween coming tomorrow--I feel that I have been neglecting my blogging duties! Anyway--we had our friend Corey R. come for a visit. My dad and his dad met in college and our families have been friends ever since. Brent and I lived in the same complex as he and his wife Amy when we were first married and became great friends! My kids had a ball with him here. All I heard from them was Corey, Corey, Corey. It was fun to have him here and as usual it made us sad that we don't live closer.

Halloween is not complete for us if we don't have some cupcake decorating. Grandma came and helped the kids make and decorate cupcakes. They had fun, even though by the end the only helper left was Kate!

Once again I made another banner! I made 2 (sorry Bri, I am still working on yours!) One for me and one for a friend that has had Kate over so much lately I think Kate is ready to move there! Be watching for my one year blogiversay! I hope someone will want to enter to win something!
